Paula Patton was born in Los Angeles in a middle-class family. Her childhood was filled with dreams of great heights. Her best roles include the spy action film Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol and the drama Precious. At the age of a girl, Paula Patton was raised in an Los Angeles middle-class household. The mother of her children was fond of watching movies and instilled a passion for films in the young girl too. Paula was involved in a variety of co-curricular events at school and had particular passion for dramatics. Her classmates and she played together as well as participated in school productions. She acted in many performances at the high school of Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and then decided to pursue acting as her career. The summer was a blast at the University of Southern California. She was given a three month assignment to make documentary films for PBS. Once she had completed the task well, she was able to begin being an assistant in the production of TV documentaries. Her next step was to start producing documentaries. She still had a dream to work as an actress although she was content at her job. She started her acting career by playing a minor part on the movie romantic comedy Hitch, alongside Will Smith. Since then she has appeared in numerous film and television programs.
