Nicky Whelan
Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia, is an actress and model. Her first role was as Pepper Steiger in Australia. The role she played in the 100 episodes of soap drama Neighbors which aired from 2006 to 2007 made her an international sensation in Australia. In Hollywood the actress began her career with two projects. First was Hollywood & Wine in which she played a young actor who was aspiring to be a star. After that, she was offered a regular character in the ninth season of Scrubs that of Maya an extremely sexy medical student. But the show abruptly stopped. After that, she continued to shoot an episode of the Farrelly brothers-produced comedy known as Good To Shoot, which was starred by Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson. Thereafter the actress was seen in short-form films and B series films. In 2013, she received more exposure: She appeared in seven episodes on Franklin and Bash and landed her first ever regular part in Chosen. Milo Ventimiglia played the leading role. She plays in the first two seasons of the series as well as giving a response to Chad Michael Murray. In the following seasons, she was in two other movies that had air travel as the main theme. The actress is a flight attendant. She shares the poster of an upcoming TV show called Matador along with Gabriel Luna. The season for this crime drama, in which actors portray CIA agents directed by Robert Rodriguez, comprises only 13 episodes. The pilot for a second show, which has not been a success, remains being developed. In 2015 she then shared a B'series romance Borrowed Moments poster with Brian Krause as well as appeared in comedy Witness for Rent, worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad Kaoco. The speculative Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence Malick, was distributed widely. She also appears in five Satisfaction episodes.
